INDIAN NAVY SSR MEDICAL ASSISTANT SALARY
• Pay & Allowances: During
the initial training period, a stipend of 14600/- per month will be admissible.
On successful completion of initial training, they will be placed in Level 3 of
the Defence Pay Matrix (21,700 — 69,100). In addition, they will be paid MSP @
5200/- per month plus DA (as applicable).
• Promotion Promotion prospects
exist up to the rank of Master Chief Petty Officer-I, i.e. Level 8 of the Defence
Pay Matrix ( 47,600 — 151.100) plus MSP @ 5200/- per month plus DA (as
applicable). Opportunities for promotion to commissioned officer also exist for
those who perform well and qualify the prescribed examinations and clear
Services Selection Boards.
INDIAN NAVY SSR MEDICAL ASSISTANT SELECTION PROCESS
• Selection Process of SSR (Medical Assistant)
02/2024 Batch will include two stages i.e. Stage I — Shortlisting based on
marks obtained in 10+2 PCB, Stage II — PFT, Written Examination and Recruitment
Medical Examination.

Shortlisting of candidates would be based on aggregate percentage obtained in
Physics,. Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination (10+2).
•
Shortlisting will be carried out state wise.
•
The cut off marks may vary from state to state as vacancies have been allocated in a state-wise manner.
•
The shortlisted candidates would be issued call-up letter for Stage II — PFTE
Written Examination and Recruitment Medical Examination.

Indian Navy SSR Medical Assistant Written Exam 2025
• The Question paper will be bilingual (English & Hindi)
and Objective Type, comprising 100 questions divided inti four sections
(English, Science, Biology and General Awareness / Reasoning Ability) of 25 marks
each.
• The Standard of the question paper will be that of 10+2
level and the syllabus available on Indian Navy Website.
• Duration of Examination will be One Hour.
• The Candidates are required to pass in all sections as
well as in aggregate.
How to Apply Indian Navy SSR Medical Assistant Online Form
2025?
1. The application for online registration will be hosted on
the Indian Navy website from 29/03/2025.
2. Applications will be received online only.
3. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an
online Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future
reference.
4. E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the
application compulsorily.
5. The last date for submitting online application is
10/04/2025.
