Benefits And Features Of Haryana RTE Admission
- The Government of Haryana provides admission to the economically backward children of the state in private schools.
- The government has reserved 25% of seats in all the private schools for economically weaker sections of students.
- The beneficiaries will get admission free of cost to these schools.
- The government is also going to establish a monitoring cell in order to track the implementation of the Haryana RTE Admission.
- This monitoring cell will also address the grievances of the students and their parents.
- Moreover, the school cannot ask for donations for providing admission to the students.
- If the number of applications in any school exceeds the total number of seats available then admission will be provided through the draw.
- The distance between the school and the house of the student should not be more than one kilometer.
- Students belonging to SC, ST, and OBC communities will also be provided benefits of this scheme.
Haryana RTE Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Haryana
- The age of the applicant should be between 3 to 9 years
- The annual family income of the student should not be more than 1 lakh 80 thousand
